SML Good Neighbors, Inc. is honored to have been selected again as one of the participating charities.
Our organization has been paired with The McCarry Home!
“The McCarry Home, located in the Waterfront community, is a fully renovated 3,600-square-foot, two-story cottage with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths.
Originally built in 1980, it was updated in 2021 with features that support aging in place, including a concealed lift, wheelchair-accessible bathrooms, and custom cabinetry for shorter family members.
A separate apartment under the detached garage offers space for guests or live-in caregivers. Unique architectural touches include glass shelving along the staircase, frosted glass entry doors, soundproof bathrooms, and waterfall-themed décor.
A former screened porch was transformed into a billiards room overlooking the landscaped grounds and lake.”
