A Record Breaking Night of Gratitude with SML Charity Home Tour: $245,000 Raised for Our Community!

Tonight was a night to remember!
We just left the beautiful Pavilion at Blackwater Junction, where the Smith Mountain Lake Charity Home Tour (SML CHT) held its annual check distribution event. To say this year’s tour was successful is a massive understatement it was a history-making milestone.
We are thrilled to share that the SML Charity Home Tour raised a record-breaking total of $245,000 this year!
This incredible sum was distributed among 8 incredibly deserving charities, including us here at SML Good Neighbors. This is the highest amount raised in the 34 year history of the tour, and the impact of this generosity will reach far and wide across our lake community.
A Heartfelt Thank You
This success wouldn't be possible without a massive community effort. Ticket sales and sponsorships were up significantly from last year, and we are deeply grateful to everyone who played a part.
To the Homeowners: Thank you for opening your beautiful doors and letting us showcase your homes. You are the heart of this tour.
