Volunteer Information

SML Good Neighbors has once again been selected as one of the charities benefiting from the 2025 SML Wine Festival. As a chosen charity, we help recruit volunteers.

If you are available to volunteer, please sign up here:

The SML Wine Festival is scheduled for September 27–28, 2025, at Bernard’s Landing.

There are two shifts each day:

 • 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM

 • 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Volunteers assist at the front tent with tasks such as ticket sales, guest check in, bag checks, t shirt sales, and wine pick up. Each volunteer receives a ticket to attend the festival (note: no drinking during your shift).

Volunteer parking with shuttle service to the gate will be available. ADA parking will also be provided. Volunteers will wear a shirt from the organization they are representing and a lanyard during their shift. On-site instructions will be provided for each role.

A Huge Thank You

We extend a huge thank you to the SML Songwriters Festival, their board, volunteers, musicians, supporters, sound crews, restaurants, staff, and everyone involved in this wonderful project.

These financial gifts are vital to our programs and operations. We truly could not do what we do without your continued kindness and support.
